How long should content marketing last?

Content marketing - a continuous process?

This is a question that content marketing agencies are often asked. And a question that shows that content marketing as a concept is not yet firmly enough anchored in corporate culture and communication. Because it implies that content marketing is a completed project. The fact is, however, that content marketing is a process without an expiration date.

To illustrate this, it is enough to think of a company, brand or product as a building or a wall. Content marketing is a brick that completes the structure. If this brick were to be removed from the structure, it would, if not collapse, at least cause it to totter.

Content marketing is therefore an essential component of modern business management. Although the individual steps and campaigns within content marketing can sometimes be seen as projects and phases, the overall concept is not one with defined start and end dates. Content marketing never stops.
