At what point does surgery make sense for me?
Our platform is successfully used by small teams (2-3) up to 100+ teams and unfolds an even greater benefit with each additional user. Ultimately, Operations is suitable for all companies that want to implement content marketing centrally and professionally.
Where can I publish my content?
With our standard connections to all common CMS (WordPress, Contentful) you can publish directly on your website and with interfaces to the common social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) in your social networks. We offer an open API for CMS, DAM and also individual connections.
Where does the data in Operations come from and what can I analyse?
Our data comes from Google Analytics (visitor numbers, dwell time and bounce rate) and Google Search Console (impressions and keyword rankings). All standard KPIs can be analysed, e.g. clicks, CTR, interactions but also content productivity, content ROI and traffic value.
What integrations are there?
We have standard connections to all common CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Contentful) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube). Individual connections to other systems are possible. For individual solutions, please contact us: support@contentbird.io.
Is the software limited?
We provide the software with unlimited functionality, which means you have an unlimited number of mandates, projects, contents and monitoring possibilities. Billing is user-based with a limit on the number of users.
Are there any costs for additional users?
Yes, we charge on a per-user basis. Users with an observer function are free of charge.
Can we map different teams in our company with contentbird and can my colleagues and agencies access it?
Yes, via the contentbird project structure it is easy to create different clients and define different teams. The projects can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of different countries and teams. Thanks to our flexible software architecture, you get a maximum of individualisation options and can configure the platform according to your ideas, including release processes, user roles or workflows.
