Communication between the headquarters and the individual stakeholders in different countries was very cumbersome and erroneous due to the use of different tools or complex Excel files.

We have personalized the Operations software so that we can connect other tools, such as our translation tool, with a smooth interface. In addition, we have created more structure for centralized work.

Before we can take advantage of all the capabilities of Operations software, we first create a clean base for all country organizations to ensure a consistent source for all content production. 

This general structure has ensured simplified processes, more efficient work and better communication within the team.

Establishing a master instance creates consistent content creation

Thanks to the Operations software, we have created a master instance where all the content created can be found, which is provided by the headquarters. 

This content can now be easily adapted and added to the country websites so that it meets all internal processes, but at the same time is not too complex.

Analysis and tracking ensures continuous improvement

Even though we haven't had a chance to use the full potential of the software's analytics features yet, we are convinced that detailed tracking will help us significantly in improving our content. 

In this way, we will be able to tailor content even better to the customer or the campaign in the future.

"Reaching a new level of digitization"

We have reached a new level of digitalization in the company by switching to the Operations Software from contentbird. 

As KSB's headquarters, we are responsible for establishing processes for the teams in the various countries and communicating them in the best possible way. Difficult communication has often led to confusion or doubt. 

The colleagues at the headquarters have already accepted the operations software well and were able to familiarize themselves quickly thanks to contentbird's assistance and the high level of user-friendliness. 

Create structures and format templates for all countries

This allowed us to create a uniform structure, define format templates for all countries, create logical naming and establish a general basis for content production in the various countries. 

We are gradually bringing all the other marketing departments of the national companies on board, so that in future we will have a single point of contact for all questions and information relating to content production. 

As content creation increases in the future, we feel confident and well-prepared to manage this together in an organized way.
