With the Operations Software from contentbird, we have established a uniform process for the first time. In this way, we have managed to break down the silos in the individual channels, plan for the long term, and finally all pull in the same direction. 

On the one hand, we all have a much better overview of each other's tasks, subgoals, and workflows. On the other hand, we can work more professionally and have a clear focus. 

Thanks to this new structured way of working, we now also hold monthly meetings to communicate with each other not only online but also in person. We enjoy using the tool, especially the calendar. This allows us to better document all processes.

Initially, we were concerned that this documentation would represent a major additional expense. But every piece of news usually causes uncertainty in the team at first, because you can't yet estimate the benefits.

Familiarization was quite fast and in the meantime we see a very clear advantage in the usage

In the meantime, we mainly use the strategic topic planning, the idea pipeline with some filter options, the calendar and the distribution function for social media. 

Our social media colleagues are already using artificial intelligence to create posts. In addition, we now create our blog posts in contentbird and use the editor and the comment function.
