"A central solution for uniform workflows and transparent work"
"We can now manage a large and, most importantly, external editorial team completely in-house. With workflow control, we work efficiently with an extensive team of internal and external experts."

Solution & Results
Centralized management enables overview and transparency
The Operations Software content pipeline helps us guarantee transparency and control in content creation.
We now have over 5000 content pieces. With Excel, we would have long since reached our limits. With the right tool, however, it is possible to manage even large amounts of content properly.
The unified workflows have changed our KPIs
Our core KPI used to be traffic generation. We always wanted to fill as many texts as possible with good keywords to generate more traffic.
Thanks to the new, structured and transparent processes, we can plan our content better. Our KPIs have also changed somewhat as a result. We are targeting niches that bring us leads and ultimately more sales.
Clear structures help to save costs and use resources efficiently
While we don't have a benchmark from before, we know for sure that we are investing our resources better now.
We work more efficiently, create higher quality content, and most importantly, no longer duplicate content. As a result, we have a much higher output for the same budgetary input.
We invest the same budget and achieve far better results with it.
David Gerginov's conclusion on Operations Software
Since merging our marketing department in 2018, we were looking for a centralized solution for our workflow.
In the past, we had to communicate with an enormous number of external authors via email. As a result, a lot of information was lost and no one knew what the other was actually working on.
Since we started using the various features of Operations Software, we have consistent workflows, standardized templates, and clear communication across all instances.
Our processes have changed fundamentally, both internally and externally.
From ordering the text to editing, various correction loops and publishing, everything now runs uniformly via a single tool.
Nearly 70 authors, about 15 content managers and other employees are linked to us via contentbird's operations software.
Occasionally, we also manage social media projects via the software. And we even partially control the video production pipeline via it.
We use the briefing function to pass on the individual briefings to the relevant editors, who then use the editor, fill it and we then access the texts via it. In this sense, the editor makes it easier for us to make corrections and revisions.
Thanks to contentbird, we work much faster. With the content pipeline, we keep track of thousands of texts. Therefore, we no longer duplicate content unintentionally and can produce far more cost-efficiently.
