Until summer 2021, Krone.at had no content marketing at all. There was neither a strategy, nor a professional team, nor structured ways of working for it. We had no in-depth knowledge about it or clearly defined goals.

Content marketing is more than just a little work on the side

Since we didn't do content marketing seriously at all until recently, it was largely done by changing editors on the side. 

As a result, we didn't know what it means to seriously dive into this field and handle professional projects with big clients. Thanks to a sophisticated strategy and regulated processes, we know what it means to do content marketing at a professional level.

Successful content marketing requires standardized structures, clear goals and regulated work processes. We didn't know these before and first had to learn them through the Academy. 

Now we can produce high-quality content tailored to the target audience and better respond to customer needs to ensure a smooth project flow.

Where experience was lacking in the past, we can already make concrete proposals and manage projects sensibly today.

When I was tasked with content marketing, there was very little guidance from my employer. Since we were all quite ignorant in this area, there was no point of reference for me.  

I quickly realized that I had some learning needs and needed support. In this case, the Academy was a great place to start and quickly helped me get a foothold in the field of content marketing. 

On the one hand, I was able to learn and gain experience at will, and on the other hand, there were weekly exchanges where the contentbird team always had an open ear for me and answered all my questions in the best possible way.

The Academy can be integrated well into the daily work routine

It was also pleasant that I was able to integrate the Academy well into my daily work routine or my time off from work. 

In a relatively short time, I have both understood the basics of content marketing and learned workflows and strategies for it. This is also noticeable in my learned ability to better advise on the topic and to create target group-specific content. 

Thanks to the Academy, I already feel much more confident in dealing with customers and challenging projects. This is also reflected in customer satisfaction and impeccable collaboration.
